A big win for McConnell avenue and Oakwood avenue. Today at the Bayport Civic association Jim Tsunis and Rich Wenner made the new proposal for Bayport Gardens, the industrial property on 347 McConnell avenue. The property on McConnell will be set up a “park” where it will be cleaned up and remain undeveloped. Jim Tsunis has placed his affordable portion of his Townhouses next to his current Bayport Meadows Townhouses on Church street. This will replace a current zoned parcel for a strip mall with Rental properties. It should be a win for all involved. Thank you for all that helped.
