September Agenda

The Bayport Gardens McConnell Avenue Townhouses will not be on the September Zone Change Agenda. Please send an email if you have not already done so.

We the undersigned neighbors stand in opposition to the proposed 30 townhouses that requires a change of zone. This opposition is based upon the fact these high density townhouses do not fit in with the nature and character of the surrounding properties that are privately owned single family residences mostly on parcels of land an acre and more. The addition of extra cars, a sewage treatment plant and the destruction of an 1876 Victorian home are all detrimental to the quality of life that our neighborhood currently enjoys. In addition, we believe a change of zone from Residence A to Residence C (337 McConnell Avenue) an unfair consequence to a community that has known it to be a single family residence for over 100 years.
